During a meeting organized by the Rosario Stock Exchange, Argentine Minister of Economy Luis Caputo stated that the specifications and conditions for the bidding process will be ready by the end of this year. “The intention is for the bids open in May, and we aim to award the new concession in the third quarter. It will be ready for next year,” the minister affirmed.
